Want to help shape the future of Grand Avenue? Please fill out this survey to let us know your preferences on the design, character, and function of Grand Avenue and surrounding developments in Franklin Park. The results of this survey will support a plan to transform the Grand Avenue corridor to meet the needs and desires of Franklin Park residents.


We hope to gather feedback not only on Grand Avenue, but also the surrounding areas, so please note that some example imagery might be more applicable for nearby streets and places. This survey will take about 20 minutes to complete.
