In coordination with the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning (CMAP), the Village of Oswego Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan aims to enhance walking and biking options for residents and visitors in Oswego by working to advance the following goals:

1. Improve Connectivity
2. Improve Accessibility
3. Improve Safety
4. Expand Equitable Engagement
