Welcome to the Libertyville Plan for Accessible Streets and Sidewalks. We need your input to understand where sidewalks, intersections, streets, public parking, and other pedestrian areas in Libertyville are not accessible to people with disabilities or mobility challenges. No one knows our community better than you, our neighbors!

Your experiences and input — along with detailed assessments of our transportation infrastructure — will help the Village of Libertyville identify and prioritize improvements so that everyone, regardless of ability, can get around safely and conveniently.

This plan is part of Libertyville’s effort to achieve compliance to the American with Disabilities Act. The Libertyville Plan for Accessible Streets and Sidewalks will identify accessibility barriers in sidewalks, crosswalks and streets, then prioritize and budget for improvements. If any of the statements below resonate, we especially want to hear from you — but all input is welcome!

  1. You are someone who pushes a stroller or cart

  1. You are taking care of someone with a disability or mobility challenges

  1. You have a visual, auditory, and cognitive disability

  1. You have used a mobility aid at some point in your life

  • This survey is designed to help the Village of Libertyville locate areas of most significant concern to the public and help us provide better access throughout our community. As you answer these questions, please consider only Village-owned, public properties, programs, services, activities, and other public amenities.
