Palenque Fest
On May 21st, CMAP held an engagement table at Palenque Fest, hosted by Palenque LSNA. CMAP offered canvas tote bags to passersby, commissioned by a local artist, as compensation for sharing their lived experiences being in Logan Square and adjacent communities. These tote bags were decorated with a design that champions what the Logan Square Blue Line Action Plan is all about which how to eliminate the displacement that follows new development in a previously underinvested community.
