The Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning (CMAP) is partnering with the Village of Montgomery to develop a plan for the vacant, Village-owned site at 310 N. River Street that:

  • Fits into the character of the downtown area
  • Expands and improves pedestrian movement in the downtown area
  • Improves accessibility to downtown destinations
  • Considers the site’s role within larger downtown development goals
  • Helps the Village attract appropriate development interest to the site
