This project has concluded.

The Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning (CMAP) partnered with the Village of Montgomery to develop a plan for the vacant, Village-owned site at 310 N. River Street that would:

  • Fit into the character of the downtown area
  • Expand and improves pedestrian movement in the downtown area
  • Improve accessibility to downtown destinations
  • Consider the site’s role within larger downtown development goals
  • Help the Village attract appropriate development interest to the site
