Village of Burnham Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) Survey #2

The Village of Burnham is preparing a Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) to guide major investments over the next five to ten years. Survey #1 identified community needs and broad priorities. This follow-up survey asks residents to help the Village weigh proposed investment categories, make trade-offs, and refine the draft CIP. A CIP is a multi-year plan for major repairs, replacements, and improvements. It does not approve a project by itself. Final project timing depends on costs, available funding, grants, engineering, and Village Council approval. Your responses are anonymous and will be summarized in the final CIP.
