Matteson Capital Improvement Plan

The Village of Matteson is working with the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning (CMAP) and a consultant to develop Matteson's first-ever Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). Think of this plan as a strategic 5-year roadmap that will help Matteson identify, prioritize, and schedule capital projects and purchases. These aren't just minor fixes; capital projects can include everything from:

• Improving essential utilities like water, sewer, and stormwater infrastructure
