Use our interactive mapping tool to share ideas, suggestions, and concerns about specific locations within Lansing.

Drop a pin on the map in an area that interests you and then tell us about your idea. While doing this, take into account the infrastructure conditions of an area, including access to transit, safety, and road conditions. Consider the following questions when mapping your input:

  • How easy is it to get around by foot, bike, bus, or car?
  • What are the conditions of the sidewalks in your neighborhood?
  • What are the conditions of the roads and alleys in your neighborhood?
  • Do you see any flooding issues in your neighborhood?
  • Are there any public spaces (i.e. the Fox Pointe venue, youth center, downtown area, or sports fields) that should be renovated or improved?
  • Could bike connections be improved near open spaces and amenities?

Each pin corresponds to a different category of improvements. Follow these steps to add your comment and perspective:

  • Step 1: Click the plus (+) sign.
  • Step 2: Drag pin onto the map.
  • Step 3: Add your comments or photos.
