Capital Project Needs and Priorities

The Village of Worth is working with the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning (CMAP) and a consultant to create a Capital Improvement Plan. This survey is an opportunity to share feedback on infrastructure in Worth and the types of capital projects that should be prioritized. Capital projects are major upgrades to infrastructure and facilities or large purchases of vehicles or equipment. Please complete the survey by October 17th.
